A 404 Error means that the page or file you were trying to navigate to does not exist. This can happen when you remove a page then try to open it anyway, or if you need to save your Permalink settings.
To correct a 404 Error that occurs from clicking any links on your site,
- Go to the “Settings” tab in the WordPress dashboard
- Select the “Permalinks” option.
- Without changing ANY settings, save the Permalinks options, TWICE.
- Try to click a link on your site again and see if the page now loads.
