Managing Form Entries in Formidable Forms

Viewing Form Entries #

To access and view form entries:

1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the Formidable Forms menu.

2. Select the specific form you want to manage.

3. Click the “Entries” tab. If your form has no entries, this tab won’t appear.

4. Customize the screen by clicking “Screen Options” in the top right corner. This allows you to:

    – Filter columns to display desired information.

    – Adjust the number of entries per page.

    – Choose which fields to display.

Editing Entries #

To modify existing entries:

1. Hover over the entry you want to edit and click “Edit”.

2. Update responses as needed, ensuring data accuracy.

3. Click “Update” to save changes.

4. Verify the changes have been successfully applied.

Viewing Individual Entries #

To review specific entries:

1. Click “View Entry” or hover over the entry and click “View”.

2. See all responses from a specific entry, including submission dates and times.

3. Print individual entries if needed, using the print option.

Creating New Entries #

To manually add new entries:

1. Click “Add New” on the Entries page.

2. Fill in the form with new information, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

3. Click “Update” to save the new entry.

4. Verify the entry has been successfully added.

Sorting and Searching Entries #

To organize and locate specific entries:

1. Sort alphabetically or chronologically by clicking column headers.

2. Search entries using the search bar, filtering by:

    – Keyword.

    – Submission dates.

Deleting Entries #

To remove unwanted entries:

1. Select entries to delete using checkboxes.

2. Choose “Delete” under “Bulk Actions”.
