How to Import Old Emails From Your Previous Provider
Last Updated: January 31, 2026How to Import Email from Another IMAP Account into HuskiMail If you’re switching to HuskiMail from another provider, importing your old email allows you to keep important messages, folders, and history in one place instead of starting over. HuskiMail includes a built-in import tool that makes this process simple. This process is done via the IMAP server credentials from your old provider*. Step-by-Step: Import Email via IMAP into HuskiMail Log in to your HuskiMail inbox Visit the following URL and sign in: https://mailbox.huskimail.com Open Settings From the left-hand sidebar, click Settings. Click Import In the Settings menu, select Import (look for the up-and-down arrow icon). Enter your old email account’s IMAP details Provide the IMAP connection information for your previous email provider. This usually includes: IMAP server address Port number Encryption type (such as SSL/TLS) Email address (username) Password Start the import Click Start Importing to begin transferring your email. The time required depends on the size of the mailbox being imported. Keep an eye on the import Check back in 15 minutes to confirm the import is running. Then check again an hour later. If the import is still running, wait 24 hours and it should usually be completed....
Setting Up Your Email Signature

Email signatures are the cherry-on-top for your professional email. It makes you look more professional, and keeps your company’s branding consistent in every email. This article will explain how to setup and enable your email signature. Login to your HuskiMail mailbox First, you’ll need to be logged in to your HuskiMail mailbox. Then, you’ll find the settings button on the left hand side of your screen. Open your Settings Then, after clicking Settings, you’ll click the Settings button under the Mail section. Navigate to Mail Settings, then go to Signature section. When you click the Settings button under the Mail section, you’ll be taken to the Mail Settings screen. If you scroll down you’ll see a settings section for Signature. You’ll notice the “Enable” checkbox is unchecked. If you select this checkbox, you’ll activate email signatures and will be ready to pick and customize your own template. The template will pull information from your profile. Removing the “Sent via Huskimail” link in your emails
Last Updated: September 12, 2024By default, HuskiMail puts a little line of text at the end of your email that says “Sent via HuskiMail”. We’re not offended if you’d rather not have that in your professional outbound emails. But we’re flattered if you do. Either way, we’ll show you how to remove this line of text so you can enjoy HuskiMail without anyone knowing you’re using it. Step by Step First, you’ll need to be logged in to your HuskiMail mailbox. Then, you’ll find the settings button on the left hand side of your screen. Then, after clicking Settings, you’ll click the Settings button under the Mail section. When you click the Settings button under the Mail section, you’ll be taken to the Mail Settings screen. If you scroll down you’ll see a settings section for Misc. You’ll notice the the “Help us spread…” checkbox is checked. If you uncheck this checkbox, you’ll deactivate the text from being added at the bottom of your emails. Finally, hit Save in the top right corner of the screen. That’s it! Now you know how to disable the “Sent via Huskimail” link in your HuskiMail emails.
