To manage your hosting account including Upgrading* Downgrading* Cancelling* Password Change** View Disk usage and bandwidth*** Log in to your account and then click on Products / Services button .  Once you click there all your products will show in a list. Select one by clicking it and the “Details” will show. Once you arrive on this page, you will have numerous options. *To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel service, click “”Management Actions”” button. To use any number of powerful cPanel (server-based controls) shortcuts, scroll to view the “”Quick Shortcuts”” section. You will find other reporting and action tools like ***Usage Statistics Quick Create Email Account Billing Overview **Change Password Web site visitor data (Awstats) The management actions are in a sidebar to the right.

Siberian Plan ($9/mo) We get asked often “How many sites can I have in the Siberian plan?” Well, in the Siberian plan you can have 3 sites, with a total of 8 GB of storage, and no limits on Processes, Memory (RAM), or I/O. Bandwidth is also unmetered. If you need more storage you can add it for $0.25 per month per added gig. Siberian plan provides 1 Wildcard SSL for one domain, which covers all your subdomains of your primary domain. Additional SSL is $35/yr. Want your hosting product to be due the first of the month to help make accounting easier? Siberian is available as a pro-rata billed product. Just submit a ticket and we’ll convert it to pro-rata for you. How do I cancel one of my hosting products?

Step-by-step While logged in, locate the product you want to cancel and click the RIGHT arrow button on that product. Locate the Management Actions tab on that product’s detail page. Select Request Cancellation Enter any notes for our staff about your cancellation on the next screen. Decide if you would like the product cancelled at the end of your billing period (RECOMMENDED), or immediately. Click the Request Cancellation button below. That’s it!

Hosting Plans Hosting Plans, like our popular Siberian Plan, are services that allow a website (which is a collection of files and data) to be stored on our servers and run on our platform. If any issues arise due to our servers or hosting system, we’ll resolve this for you. This includes if our server is down, or our hosting system has settings that may be interfering with your website’s normal expected operation. Maintenance Plans Maintenance Plans are added optional services that allow us to provide assistance in keeping WordPress core, themes, and plugins updated for you as well as other added, done-for-you features for those that want to be more hands-off with the technical aspects of their website. In a maintenance plan we cover needs arising from the files in your website if they pertain to an update performed. While we do not provide custom coding in a basic (Shield) maintenance plan, we do provide “Crash Insurance” or, in other words, if your site is completely unreachable, we will restore it to operation.
