If you are experiencing issues logging into HuskiMail, there may be a few reasons for this.
First, please note the error message that shows at the bottom of the login screen.

If you see the following: “Reason: user_quota” this means you have used all your purchased storage space for your email service and you need to add more space before you can proceed. Unfortunately, this is a system operation and we cannot override it.
You can avoid running out of space and being unable to login by keeping an eye on your usage from your HuskiMail mailadmin dashboard.
Once you resolve the issue, you may still find that logging into HuskIMail is not working and displays the same error. If this happens to you, try using the backup webmail interface at webmail.huskimail.com and check back in 24 hours. If issues persist, open a support ticket OR ask for help on live chat.
