Overview #
When attendees pay through Stripe Checkout, they leave your WordPress page and complete payment on a Stripe-hosted page. Stripe branding settings help that hosted payment page feel more connected to your organization.
Huski Events includes Stripe branding controls so you can keep checkout from feeling generic or disconnected.
Where to Find It #
Go to Huski Events > Customize Styles and review the Stripe branding section.
What You Can Customize #
- Business name: The name shown in Stripe Checkout.
- Primary color: The main brand color used by Stripe.
- Secondary color: A supporting color.
- Icon URL: A small brand image.
- Logo URL: A larger brand image.
Test Mode vs. Live Mode #
Stripe test mode and live mode are separate. Make sure you update the branding for the mode you are actually using. It is common to test branding in test mode first, then repeat the setup for live mode.
How to Update Stripe Branding #
- Enable and configure Stripe in Huski Events > Settings.
- Go to Huski Events > Customize Styles.
- Open the Stripe branding section.
- Enter business name, colors, and image URLs.
- Save changes.
- Run a Stripe test checkout and review the payment page.
Best Practices #
- Use clean logo and icon images.
- Use colors with good contrast.
- Test in Stripe test mode first.
- Keep live branding consistent with your public event pages.
Troubleshooting #
- Branding did not change: Check whether you edited test or live mode.
- An image does not appear: Make sure the image URL is public and valid.
- Colors look wrong: Recheck the hex color values.
- Stripe settings are missing: Make sure Stripe is configured under Settings.
That’s it, dawg!
