Overview #
As a directory grows, the Members screen needs more than a simple list. Huski Members now includes a more structured members table with screen options, search state, column controls, and bulk action support.
This helps administrators manage larger member lists without feeling buried.
Where to Find It #
Go to Huski Members > Members.
What This Helps With #
- Reviewing many members in a cleaner table view.
- Choosing which columns matter on the Members screen.
- Keeping search and filter state while working through the table.
- Running bulk actions on selected members.
- Viewing reports for skipped or failed bulk actions.
Screen Options #
The updated admin code includes screen settings for the Members table. These help decide which columns should show, so administrators can focus on the information they actually use.
Bulk Actions #
Bulk tools are helpful when you need to update multiple members at once. Use them carefully. It is always easier to review before a bulk action than to clean up a mistake afterward.
Best Practices #
- Show only the columns your admins actually need.
- Use search and filters before selecting members for bulk actions.
- Review bulk action reports after running an action.
- Do smaller batches when making major changes.
- Export members before large cleanup work.
Troubleshooting #
- A column is missing: Check screen options for the Members screen.
- A bulk action skipped members: Review the report shown after the run.
- The table feels cluttered: Hide columns you do not need.
- Changes are not visible: Refresh the list and clear cache if public display is involved.
That’s it, dawg!
