Article URLs show a 404 #
Go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save. This refreshes WordPress rewrite rules for /teams-library/ URLs.
Employee sees an empty library #
- Confirm they are logged in.
- Check that articles are Published, not draft.
- Verify the article is assigned to that user or their intranet role.
Employee cannot access wp-admin #
This is expected for intranet users. Only WordPress administrators should need the dashboard.
Styles not updating #
Hard-refresh the library page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R) after saving Customize Styles.
Updates not appearing #
Add your license key under Settings and check the Plugins screen for available updates.
