Overview #
Huski Send uses the WordPress editor for the message body. That means you can write more than plain text. You can use formatting like headings, bold text, links, lists, blockquotes, and alignment tools depending on the editor toolbar.
The goal is still to keep email simple. Email inboxes are less predictable than web pages, so clear and clean usually beats fancy.
Where to Find It #
Go to Send Message, choose your recipients, and continue to the Message step.
Message Fields #
Subject #
The subject is required. It should tell recipients what the message is about before they open it.
Message Body #
The message body is also required. This is where you write the actual email. Huski Send sends the message as HTML email and wraps it in a simple email layout.
Formatting Tools #
The editor toolbar may include tools for format selection, bold, italic, underline, links, bullet lists, numbered lists, blockquotes, alignment, undo, and redo.
How to Write a Message #
- Enter a clear subject line.
- Write the message in the editor.
- Add formatting only where it helps the reader.
- Use links when recipients need to take action.
- Click Next to review before sending.
Best Practices #
- Keep the subject short and specific.
- Use short paragraphs.
- Put the most important information near the top.
- Use bullets for steps or quick lists.
- Do not rely on complex layouts.
- Send a test to yourself for important messages.
Troubleshooting #
- You cannot continue: Make sure both subject and body are filled in.
- Formatting looks different in the inbox: Different email apps render HTML differently. Simplify the layout.
- Links do not work: Check that the link was added correctly in the editor.
- Images or media behave strangely: Keep email media simple and test before sending broadly.
