Overview #
Huski Send keeps its tools in a small, focused admin menu. There are only a few screens, which makes the plugin easier to understand than a full email marketing system.
The main idea is simple: use Send Message to write and send, use Message History to review recent sent messages, and use Settings to control filtering and update access.
Where to Find It #
In the WordPress admin sidebar, look for Send Message.
Menu Items #
Send Message #
This is the main sending screen. It uses a three-step process: choose recipients, write the message, then review and send.
Message History #
This is a read-only log of recently sent messages. It shows when a message was sent, who it was sent to, the first part of the message, and a preview option.
Settings #
This is where you choose which user meta key should be used for meta-based filtering. It is also where you add the license key needed for private plugin updates.
Who Can Use These Screens? #
The plugin checks for administrator-level permission before showing or processing admin actions. In practical terms, this is meant for trusted site admins, not regular users.
Which Screen Should I Use? #
- Need to send an email? Go to Send Message.
- Need to check what was recently sent? Go to Message History.
- Need to change the meta filter or add the license key? Go to Settings.
Troubleshooting #
- The menu is missing: Make sure the plugin is active and your account has admin access.
- You get a permission message: Log in with an administrator account.
- Settings changes are not showing: Save settings and refresh the Send Message screen.
