Overview #
Huski Members can update Stripe branding settings so the Stripe-hosted billing experience feels more connected to your site. This matters when members are sent to Stripe-hosted pages like checkout or the customer billing portal.
Instead of leaving Stripe with generic branding, you can set business name, brand colors, icon, and logo values.
Where to Find It #
Go to Huski Members > Customize Styles. When Stripe payments are enabled, Stripe branding controls are available from that area.
What You Can Customize #
- Business name: The name Stripe shows for your business.
- Primary color: The main brand color used by Stripe-hosted billing pages.
- Secondary color: A supporting brand color.
- Icon URL: A small brand image used by Stripe.
- Logo URL: A larger brand image used by Stripe.
Test Mode vs. Live Mode #
Stripe branding can be managed by mode. Test branding is for testing. Live branding is what real members may see on Stripe-hosted billing pages.
How to Update Branding #
- Enable Stripe payments in Huski Members > Settings.
- Go to Huski Members > Customize Styles.
- Choose the Stripe mode you want to edit.
- Enter the business name and colors.
- Add icon and logo URLs if available.
- Save the Stripe branding settings.
- Open a Stripe-hosted test page to review the result.
Best Practices #
- Use brand colors with good contrast.
- Use clean image files for the icon and logo.
- Test in test mode before updating live branding.
- Keep image files small enough for Stripe’s upload requirements.
- Review the Stripe-hosted page after saving.
Troubleshooting #
- Branding controls are missing: Make sure Stripe payments are enabled.
- An image fails to upload: Check that the image URL is valid and the file is small enough.
- Live branding did not change: Make sure you edited the live Stripe mode, not test mode.
- Colors look wrong: Recheck the hex color values and save again.
That’s it, dawg!
