Published articles live at URLs like:
/teams-library/your-article-slug/
The slug comes from the article title. You can edit it in the WordPress permalink field below the title when editing an article.
Sharing #
Employees can copy the URL from their browser and send it to a colleague. The colleague must be logged in and assigned to that article (or be an administrator) to view it.
Old links #
Legacy links using ?ht_article= on the library page automatically redirect to the pretty permalink.
Permalinks #
If article URLs return a 404, go to Settings → Permalinks in WordPress and click Save to refresh rewrite rules.
