Overview #
The Review step is your safety checkpoint. Before an email goes out, Huski Send shows the selected recipients, subject, and message preview so you can catch mistakes.
This is especially important when sending to roles or filtered groups. A quick review can prevent sending the right message to the wrong crowd.
Where to Find It #
Open Send Message, complete the Recipients and Message steps, then continue to Review & Send.
What You Can Review #
- Recipients: See the users or roles selected for the message.
- Subject: Confirm the subject line is correct.
- Message: Preview the message content before sending.
How to Use the Review Step #
- Read through the recipient list.
- Confirm the audience is correct.
- Check the subject line for spelling and clarity.
- Review the message body.
- Use Previous if you need to make changes.
- Click Send Email only when everything looks right.
What Happens When You Send #
Huski Send sends the email to the final recipient list. Duplicate recipient emails are removed before sending. If at least one message sends successfully, the message is saved into Message History.
Best Practices #
- Slow down on the review step.
- Be extra careful with role-based sends.
- Check that the subject matches the message.
- Make sure any links point to the right place.
- If the message is high-stakes, send a test to yourself first.
Troubleshooting #
- The recipients are wrong: Click Previous and adjust the recipient step.
- The message is wrong: Click Previous and edit the message.
- No recipients appear: Go back and select users or roles.
- The email did not arrive: Check WordPress email delivery, spam folders, and SMTP settings.
