Use the main WordPress editor for written guides, policies, and instructions. The full content appears on the article page.
Video #
Paste a video URL (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) in the Video URL field. The video embeds on the article page.
File #
Click Select File to attach a document from the Media Library. Employees get a download button on the article page.
Link #
Enter an external URL. Employees see an Open link button that takes them to that resource.
You can still add editor content with any type if you want introductory text above the video, file, or link.
