Huski Teams uses simple, strict access rules.
Library access #
- Users must be logged in to see the library.
- They only see articles assigned to them personally or to their intranet role.
Article pages #
- Each article URL checks login status and assignment before showing content.
- Unauthorized users see an access denied message.
Intranet employees #
- Cannot access the WordPress dashboard (wp-admin).
- Do not see the WordPress admin bar on the front end.
Administrators #
WordPress users with manage_options can see all articles and use every admin screen.
