When someone submits the registration form:
- WordPress creates a new user account.
- Profile fields (name, phone, address) are saved to user meta.
- The user is assigned the default intranet Member role.
- They can log in and visit the library page.
They will only see articles assigned to them directly or to their role. Assign onboarding articles to the Member role so every new hire sees the same starter content.
Administrators can edit the new user under Users to change their role or correct profile details.
