Huski Teams tracks article opens, not time on page or scroll depth.
When an open is logged #
- When an employee loads an article’s dedicated URL
- Each visit creates a new log entry (refreshing the page logs again)
When an open is not logged #
- Browsing the library list without opening an article
- Previewing as an administrator in some contexts where no front-end view occurs
Open logs are stored in a dedicated database table and are only visible to administrators in the User Log screen.
Note: Open tracking is useful for awareness and follow-up, but it is not a legally binding proof of completion unless your organization defines it that way in policy.
That’s it, dawg!
